Before You Buy — Free Testing Options

We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of our free testing options prior to purchasing:

1. Development (Dev) License — Free of Charge For most of our modules, we offer a free Development License that allows you to install and test the module in your own environment with no time pressure. To get a Dev License:

• If available for self-ordering — you can request it directly from our store: Development Licenses for WHMCS / Development Licenses for WISECP
• If not currently available for self-ordering — simply open a ticket and request one personally. We will do our best to provide it.

2. 7-Day Free Grace Period All of our products include a 7-day free grace period starting from the date of order. This gives you full access to the product to evaluate it in your environment before committing. Details are available on our 7-Day Grace Period page.


PUQ sp. z o.o. is committed to resolving any reported defects in its products as quickly as possible.

To help customers make informed purchasing decisions, we offer 7-day free access to each of our products.

However, please note that we do not issue refunds once an order is finalized.

For custom software development services, the amount of refund will depend on the status of development before the project is finished.

For product services such as installation, integration, and support, we do not issue refunds once the work has started but we assure you of our highest service quality.
