PUQ sp. z o.o. is committed to resolving any reported defects in its products as quickly as possible.

To help customers make informed purchasing decisions, we offer 7-day free access to each of our products with an annual license.

However, please note that we do not issue refunds once an order is finalized.

For custom software development services, the amount of refund will depend on the status of development before the project is finished.

For product services such as installation, integration, and support, we do not issue refunds once the work has started but we assure you of our highest service quality.
