Initial setup of our modules (installation/configuration/diagnostics) — one-time €30.
Support via tickets only (logged-in users).
WHMCS Professional Support

Monthly
4 hours included (30-minute billing increments).
Updates, bug fixes, and configuration of your existing WHMCS.
We also work with third-party modules/products.
Required access includes WHMCS admin, server SSH, and admin access to the web environment.
Support via tickets only (logged-in users).
WHMCS Development Support
€1.000,00 EUR
Monthly
30 dedicated hours per month, priority responses.
Development/enhancements of modules and hooks
Changes within the allocated hours.
Full dev environment required (WHMCS dev license. Backups handled by the client).
Access to integration services (Proxmox/routers, etc.).
Get support by ticket, email, or other messaging apps.
