We are pleased to introduce PUQ Account Statement WHMCS Addon - a new WHMCS module that helps you quickly and conveniently generate financial statements for clients.
This solution is designed for companies that want to give clients a clear view of their account’s financial history. The module combines invoices, transactions, and credit operations into a single statement that can be exported to PDF or CSV. It also includes flexible filters by period, payment status, payment methods, and product groups.
Key module features include:
- generation of detailed account statements for individual clients;
- bulk statement generation for multiple clients at once;
- automatic statement generation on a schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly;
- client access to statements in the Client Area;
- email delivery of statements with attachments;
- public links with expiration dates for external sharing;
- an archive of saved statements for future viewing and downloading.
Special attention in PUQ Account Statement has also been given to document design. The module supports multiple PDF templates, including Classic, Modern, and Detailed in both portrait and landscape orientation, and also provides a dedicated style editor for customizing typography, colors, headers/footers, and additional CSS.
Another important advantage is client self-service. If the administrator enables the relevant options, the client can open the statement page in their billing portal, select a period, filter the required data, and download the result in PDF or CSV format.
